What's your shipping methods？
Our shipping method include: DHL, UPS, EMS, FedEx, HK Post, CN Post, SWISS Post and other international express. Our logistics team will match the best shipping method for you to make sure you will get the parcel asap. Once your parcel is sent out, we will inform you the tracking number by email, you can track the parcel status online.

Do you ship to my country?
Due to the limitation of manpower, we are unable to set warehouse in every countries, we can only ship internationaly to some countries. Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

Returns (if applicable)

If the return is caused by the consumer, a consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason. No restocking fee is to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.

Refunds (if applicable)

The refund will be processed once the defective is approved or the after the reception of the returns. And a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
